3 Exercises that will Quickly Melt Fat Deposits on Stomach

After entering the winter high-calorie meals are over the diets and to reduce weight and most importantly to get rid of fat deposits that are attached to your stomach, but somehow you don’t have results.

These are three quick and simple exercises that will lead to the desired results if you practice everyday.

Certainly not forget the healthy diet and liquids. 8 glasses of water are necessary for normal functioning of the metabolism and good digestion.

1. Lateral bending

Spread your legs so that your feet will be the same length with your shoulders and arms place them upright along the body. For this exercise to be even more successful it is desirable to have some weights in the hands. In case you do not own weights, then freely serve the small water bottles filled with sand. Tilt one hand down and one lift parallel. Then back. The hand that you was a great start to slowly descending until you run across. Do 50 repetitions.

2. Rotate the waist

Leave barbells and keep good time by extending your legs until you can comfortably take bended knees. Straighten your arms and place them so that hands can touch. Alternately start by moving the hands of the left to the right. As in the case of the previous exercise make 50 repetitions.

3. Switching

Once finished with the previous two exercises now lie on the floor with straight legs clinging to one another and lifted the hands high above the head also attached. Simultaneously lift the feet and hands as much as possible. When you get to the position to which you are the highest limbs, stay in that position for several seconds and then start dropping slightly downwards until you find again fully adhering to the country. Repeat this exercise 15 times.
