Simple Multifunctional Exercise that Activates Every Muscles

Temperatures are becoming increasingly higher, and season to show the body is approaching. It is time for you to train your body. If you have not started, now it is time.

This exercise is very entertaining and activates every muscle – from the buttocks to the shoulders, and such exercises are more than necessary, because of their versatility and because they bring the result. It may be difficult at first, but important is the will and stamina over time will increase.

It is “Rotating T sequel”. The name is a bit strange, but you can understand that this is an exercise in which the body forms the letter “T” and rotate.

1. Stand in a position to male push-ups.

2. Keeping your arms straight, shift the weight from the left hand and rotate the torso to the right, raising your right hand toward the ceiling, forming the letter “T”.

3. Stay in this position for about 3 seconds and return to original position. Repeat with the other hand on the opposite side.

This exercise activate the middle part of the abdomen, shoulders, back muscles, lower dorsal muscles and buttocks. And with every movement.
